La Timidezza Delle Rose

Io adoro leggere,e appena posso tra un esame e l’altro divoro libri di tutti i generi.
Preferisco di gran lunga quelli leggeri,ma non futili,perché per me la lettura è prima di tutto evasione …
Scegliere il libro giusto non è facile e  talvolta mi ritrovo ad andare in libreria ed uscirne a mani vuote,altre volte invece  mi ritrovo a comprare più libri di quanti me ne occorrano.
Questo che ho appena finito di leggere “La timidezza delle rose”mi aveva affascinata subito,forse per la copertina che  ha un non so che di romantico.
L ‘ho trovato nella cesta delle offerte e pagato solo 4 euro. Insomma un vero affare.
Le recensioni erano entusiastiche ,veniva paragonato all’Alchimista di Cohelo e al Piccolo Principe,libri che ognuno di noi si è ritrovato a leggere da piccolo e che ognuno di noi ha adorato.
Bene ,i paragoni  seppur pesanti ,non sono stati azzardati. La storia è molto coinvolgente ,è una di quelle storie che ti lasciano col fiato sospeso fino alla fine.
La trama si dirama sulle avventure di una ragazza di San Francisco,Diana,alla ricerca della sua Gemella Mary,mai conosciuta
La storia seppur semplice,riesce a coinvolgerti e non mancano spunti di riflessione importanti.
La protagonista per ritrovare la sorella Dovrà imparare ad ascoltare le Rose,e per fare ciò dovrà spogliarsi di tutte le sue conoscenze e la sua educazione.
Il finale non è affatto scontato e ti fa amare il libro ancor di più di quanto si potesse immaginare all’inizio della lettura.
Io lo consiglio fortemente.

Yankee candle MANIA

Quando leggo un libro o quando studio di solito accendo una candela da una buona profumazione in modo da potermi rilassare.Dopo aver provato quelle di Ikea che hanno profumazioni buonissime ad un prezzo ottimo, mi sono imbattuta, navigando sul web nelle Yankee Candle.

    Yankee Candle è un brand americano che produce candele di grande qualità, per questo motivo le candele hanno costi abbastanza elevati, sono prodotte con paraffina di alta qualità in modo da non fare tanto fumo ed inoltre le fragranze hanno estratti 100% naturali, non vengono create fragranze artificiose.

La quantità di fragranze è infinita, si può scegliere tra le fragranze di frutta, fiori, cibi e spezie e tanti altri.

Il prezzo delle candele varia ,si possono scegliere i sampler al costo di 2,50 euro fino ad arrivare alle Jar che hanno un costo tra i 12 e i 28 euro.

Vari sono i siti italiani che vendono le yankee candle : kandles.it, Qvc.it, essenzayankee.it e amazon.it.

Io le ho acquistate su ebay.uk, ho preso 2 candele in Jar piccola e 4 sampler, tra quelle che ho acquistato la mia preferita è Pink Sands, mentre l'unica che non ho gradito con mio grande stupore è stata quella al gusto di vanilla cupcake, tutte le altre hanno una profumazione divina e sicuramente a breve farò un altro ordine.

 After trying  Ikea candles which have delicious fragrances at a great price,surfing on  the web I've read about Yankee Candle.

Yankee Candle is an American brand that produces high quality candles, for this reason the price is quite high, they are made of premium quality paraffin so as not to make a lot of smoke and fragrances also have 100% natural extracts, are not created artificial fragrances.

The range of frangranze is inifinita, you can choose between the fragrances of fruits, flowers, food and spices and many others.

The price of candles is various , you can choose the sampler at a cost of € 2.50 up to the jar that costs between 12 and 28 euro.

There are Italian sites that sell yankee candle: kandles.it, Qvc.it, essenzayankee.it and amazon.it.

I've purchased it on the ebay.uk, and I took 2 Jar candles in small size and 4 sampler , among those I've tested my favorite is Pink Sands, and the only one that I did not like is the vanilla cupcake, all others have a divine fragrance and definitely I will make an another order soon.

L[U]SHatemi dire la mia....

Girovagando sul web sono stata più volte affascinata dai feed positivi sul rivoluzionario Brand LUSH ,tanto che qualche mese fa ho ceduto all'acquisto di vari prodotti.
Ho acquistato sul sito italiano LUSH.it, pagando per la spedizione circa 7 euro.
Dopo averli utilizzati per più di due mesi, posso dare opinioni in merito.

Il primo prodotto è il detergente per il viso ACQUAMARINA,ingredienti principali sono: l'argilla rosa e le alghe marine, il prodotto ha un aspetto molto naturale...ma ha un odore pessimo tanto che le prime volte che lo ho usato non riuscivo a tenerlo sul viso.
Nonostante ciò, il suo lavoro lo fa, deterge bene il viso,lo lascia molto morbido e luminoso,ma l'argilla impallidisce un po'.

Ho poi acquistato RADICI,un prodotto pre-shampoo a base di erbe benefiche che nutriscono i capelli ed inoltre aiutano la crescita del capello.
Anche di questo prodotto l'odore non è eccezionale e non ho riscontrato particolari benefici sui capelli, per 18euro consiglio qualcosa che sia più professionale.

Sempre per i capelli ho acquistato lo shampoo solido MORBIDONE AL COCCO...che però non odora per niente di cocco, utilizzare uno shampoo solido è una seccatura e secca anche un po' i capelli,punto positivo è che non contiene siliconi.

Ho infine acquistato due saponi....ADAMO ED EVA e  NON SI MANGIA.
ADAMO ED EVA  trovo che mi secchi eccessivamente la pelle ed inoltre non ha un buon odore.
Infine per quanto riguarda il sapone NON SI MANGIA, avevo letto recensioni divine su questo sapone e sul suo profumo paradisiaco, ma in realtà l'odore resta sul corpo solo pochi minuti.

Insieme all'ordine era arrivato come campione un altro sapone: SULTANA, l'unico prodotto che ho amato....ha un profumo delizioso e resta sul corpo a lungo,inoltre ammorbidisce la pelle, peccato che è durato molto poco.

La mia esperienza LUSH non è stata del tutto esaltante....dopo aver speso tanto in saponi e detergenti mi aspettavo qualcosina in più.

Surfing on the web I was often been bowled over by the positive feed on the revolutionary Brand LUSH, so much so that a few months ago I succumbed to the purchase of some products.
I purchased on the site Italian LUSH.it, paying for shipping about 7 euro.
After using them for more than two months, I can give opinions about it.

The first product is the facial cleanser AQUA MARINA, the main ingredients are: pink clay and seaweed, the product has a very natural look ... but it smells so bad that the first few times I used it, I could not to keep him on the face.
Despite this, it does its job, it cleanses your face, leaves it very soft and bright, but the clay whitening your face a little.

I then purchased ROOTS, a pre-shampoo herbal healing that nourish the hair and also help the growth of the hair.
The smell of this product is not great and I have not encountered any particular benefits on the hair, for 18euro recommend something that is more professional.

Also for the hair I bought the shampoo solid TRICHOMANIA ... but it doesn't smell like coconut, also using a solid shampoo is a hassle and even a little dry hair,the good thing is that it doen't contain silicones.

I finally bought two soaps .... FIGS AND LEAVES and HONEY I WASHED THE KID.
FIGS AND LEAVES is a soap that should also be scrubs, but I find that I excessively dry skin.
Finally  the soap HONEY I WASHED THE KID , I had read reviews of this divine soap and its heavenly scent, but  the odor persists on the body only a few minutes.

Along with the order had arrived another soap SULTANA OF SOAP, the only product that I loved .... it has a lovely scent and stays on the body for a long time, also softens the skin, too bad that being a champion lasted very little.

My experience LUSH has not been completely exhilarating .... after having spent so much in soaps and detergents I was expecting a little more.

Take me to New York.... but I LOVE to see L.A

Non avrei mai pensato che ci sarebbe potuto essere un altro posto al mondo che mi avrebbe rubato il cuore come NEW YORK CITY ma la scorsa estate mi sono dovuta ricredere quando ho alloggiato per circa una settimana a  LOS ANGELES.
Mai nessuno me ne aveva parlato bene,definendola e riducedola a poche righe di disprezzo....ma forse non hanno saputo cogliere a pieno la meravigliosa costa californiana e la meravigliosa vita californiana.
Per girare Los Angeles è necessario avere una macchina che io ho affittato attraverso il sito EXPEDIA.IT, le tariffe variano a seconda della vettura scelta ed inoltre dovete aggiungere 7$ al giorno per il navigatore e se avete meno di 25 anni altri 27$ al giorno, dall' aereoporto ci sono tanti bus gratuiti che vi conducono al rentcar,passano ogni 5 minuti è un servizio molto efficiente.
Guidare per Los Angeles è molto semplice e tutta la città è ben collegata, la benzina non costa molto ma i parcheggi sono molto cari....15$ per 15 minuti.
Le migliori zone dove alloggiare sono Beverly Hills e West Hollywood se volete essere in città, mentre se volete essere vicino alla spiaggia vi consiglio Santa Monica o Malibu, scegliete sempre un albergo con parcheggio gratuito.
Visitate tutte le spiagge, la mia preferita è Santa Monica dove potete affittare le bici o i pattini e percorrere km di spiaggia fino ad arrivare a Venice beach, percorrete tutta la costa sia nord che sud,ci sono cittadine fantastiche al nord come Santa barbara mentre verso il sud vi consiglio Long Beach e tutta la contea di Orange.
Da Los Angeles potete raggiungere con 2h di macchina( traffico permettendo) San Diego, io non sono stata così fortunata ho impiegato quasi 7h per arrivare a San Diego.
Visitate Hollywood, Beverly Hills e non perdetevi l'affascinate vista dal Griffith Park Observatory recatevi al tramonto per avere una vista sensazionale della città e oltretutto gratuita.

I never thought that there could be another place in the world I would have stolen my heart like NEW YORK CITY but last summer I had to change my mind when I stayed for about a week in LOS ANGELES.
Nobody, in truth I had spoken well about this city , .... but I think they haven't been able to grasp fully the beautiful California coast and the wonderful California life.
To turn Los Angeles you need to have a car that I rented through the site EXPEDIA.IT, rates vary depending on the selected vehicle and you also need to add $ 7 per day for the browser and if you are under 25 years $ 27 to other day, 'airport there are so many free buses that take you to rentcar, run every 5 minutes is a very efficient service.
Driving to Los Angeles is very simple and the whole city is well connected, the gasoline  not cost much but the car parks are very expensive .... $ 15 for 15 minutes.
The best places to stay are Beverly Hills and West Hollywood if you want to be in town, but if you want to be close to the beach I recommend Santa Monica or Malibu, always choose a hotel with free parking.
Visit all the beaches, my favorite is Santa Monica where you can rent bikes or skates and walk miles of beach until you come to Venice beach, walk along the coast both north and south are fantastic city to the north as Santa Barbara and to the south I recommend Long Beach and all of Orange County.
From Los Angeles you can reach with 2h drive (traffic permitting) San Diego, I was not so lucky, it took me almost 7h to get to San Diego.
Visit Hollywood, Beverly Hills and do not miss the fascinating view from the Griffith Park Observatory head to the sunset for a sensational view of the city ,plus it's free :D

MSC PREZIOSA

Lunedì sono stata invitata a visitare la nuova nave MSC PREZIOSA che ormeggiata con grande maestosità sul porto di Napoli ,dominava l'intero golfo.
La nuova aggiunta alla flotta MSC appartiene alla classe delle navi Fantasia, infatti presenta le stesse peculiarità della nave FANTASIA a parte alcune aggiunte come lo scivolo ad acqua di 120 m, il più grande mai istallato su una nave da crociera e il famoso ristorante EATALY che io personalmente adoro.
Avendo già fatto una crociera sulla MSC FANTASIA ed essendo gemelle, la nave non mi ha colpita in particolar modo, ma per chi non avesse visto mai la nave FANTASIA credo che ne resterebbe entusiasta dalla maestosità,l'eleganza e sobrietà.
Dopo un aperitivo in cui veniva presentata la nave,le caratteristiche e l'equipaggio, ci hanno deliziato con un pranzo buonissimo a base di pesce.
La nave per l'estate 2013 percorrerà il Mediterraneo per poi spostarsi nel sud America in Autunno.
Grossa novità per chi amasse il buffet,la nave avrà il buffet aperto 24h su 24h a differenza delle altre che hanno orari prestabiliti.


Monday I was invited to visit the new MSC PREZIOSA  that docked with great majesty of the port of Naples, dominated the entire gulf.
The new addition to the fleet MSC belongs to the class of  FANTASIA infact it has  the same characteristics of the ship FANTASIA with a few additions like the water slide is 120 m, the largest ever installed on a cruise ship, and the famous restaurant EATALY that I adore.
Having already made a cruise ,on the MSC Fantasia and being twins, the ship struck me in particular, but for those who had never seen the ship FANTASY I think it would be excited by the majesty, elegance and sobriety.
After an aperitif in which the ship was presented, it's characteristics and it's crew, we were delighted with a delicious seafood lunch.
The ship will travel to the Mediterranean sea for summer 2013 then move to South America in the fall.
Big news for those who loved the buffet, the ship will have the buffet open 24-24h unlike the others who have set times.

50 Sfumature di Grigio

Durante tutta l'estate ho Snobbato, nonostante le recensioni positive il libro "50 Sfumature di grigio" fino a quando un giorno l'ho trovato a casa e ho iniziato a vedere di cosa si trattasse.
Il mio scetticismo è durato ben poco, le pagine ben scritte dalla James, mi hanno divorata ed in un attimo mi sono trovata a leggere tutta la trilogia in meno di una settimana.
Non avevo mai letto libri di genere "Hot", ma posso dire che nonostante ci sono descrizioni spinte ,si tratta di una storia d'amore.
Per quanto riguarda il primo libro "50 Sfumature di Grigio",Anastasia Steel ,studentessa americana di ventun anni incontra Christian Grey, giovane imprenditore miliardario, si accorge di essere attratta irresistibilmente da quest'uomo bellissimo e misterioso.
 Convinta però che il loro incontro non avrà mai un futuro, prova in tutti i modi a smettere di pensarci, fino al giorno in cui Grey non compare improvvisamente nel negozio dove lei lavora e la invita a uscire con lui. 
Anastasia capisce di volere quest'uomo a tutti i costi. Anche lui è incapace di resisterle e deve ammettere con se stesso di desiderarla, ma alle sue condizioni. 
Travolta dalla passione, presto Anastasia scopre che Grey è un uomo tormentato dai suoi demoni e consumato dall'ossessivo bisogno di controllo, ma soprattutto ha gusti erotici decisamente singolari e predilige pratiche sessuali insospettabili... Nello scoprire l'animo enigmatico di Grey, Ana conoscerà per la prima volta i suoi più segreti desideri.
Molte parti del libro sono enfatizzate e forse un pò troppo prolisso, la storia d'amore tra un milliardario che non è mai riuscito ad amare e un ingenua ragazza è irreale,ma dato che si tratta di un libro sogniamo con la James  gli appuntamenti da favola in elicottero ,giri in aerei privati e l'amore incondizionato nonostante le difficoltà.
La fine del libro mi ha lasciato senza fiato,tanto che il giorno dopo sono corsa in libreria per comprare il sequel.

Infine mai giudicare qualcosa solo perchè è celebre....se è diventato celebre è perchè un qualcosa di bello avrà.

My skepticism lasted so fast, well-written pages from James, divored me and in a moment I found myself reading the whole trilogy in less than a week.
I had never read books like "Hot", but I can say that although there are descriptions pressures, it is a love story.
 To the first book "50 Shades of Grey", Anastasia Steel, American student of twenty-one meets Christian Grey, a young billionaire businessman, he realizes that he irresistibly attracted to this man beautiful and mysterious.
 Convinced, however, that their meeting will never have a future, try in every way to stop thinking about it, until the day that Grey does not appear suddenly in the store where she works and invites her to go out with him.
Anastasia realizes that this man will at all costs. Although he is unable to resist, and must admit to himself of lust, but on his terms.
Overcome by passion, soon discovers that Anastasia Grey is a man tormented by demons and consumed his obsessive need for control, but also has very singular erotic tastes and prefers sexual practices unexpected ... In discovering the enigmatic mind of Grey, Ana will know for the first time his most secret desires.
Many parts of the book are emphasized and perhaps a little too verbose, the love story of a billionaire who has never been able to love and a normal girl is unreal, but  this is a book so I dream with James appointments fable helicopter tours, private jets and unconditional love despite the difficulties.
The end of the book left me breathless, so that the next day I ran to the library to buy the sequel.

Finally, never judge something just because it is famous .... if it has become famous because it is something nice to have.
